The person I was most like was Nellie McLung, and Laura Secord. Yes, I was able to figure out who they were with the clues. Some things that I share with these people are: We were both born in the Summer. Both of our first languages are English and we both want(ed) to visit that United States. One thing that we didn't have in common with each other would be that I like arts and they both don't. e.) One hundred years from now, (in 2109!) imagine that students are learning about Canadian History Makers and they discover you. What will you be remembered for? How were you a Canadian History Maker? I think that in the future when I grow up that I won't do anything that will be remembered for, when I grow up I would like to a lawyer and that I will do pottery on the side. But I don't think that I will do anything that will be remembered for, so I can't write what I think that I might be there for.
d.) Which History-Maker did you have the most in common with? Were you able to figure it out from the clues given? What do you share with that person? What are some things that are different between you and that person?

Assignment # 7
In Assignment # 7 we had to read about some of the Canadians that have made a difference in our world or accomplished something fascinating. We had to answer some questions about what we learned and what we liked about learning about these people.
Questions and Answers:
a) Which category of Canadian Personalities interested you the most? Did you like the "we inspired", "we founded", "we fought", "we built" or "we governed" section the best? Why?
The category that I like the most was the " we inspired". I liked this one the most because, these people that were classified in this section, they help build the world that we live in now. I also liked this section more because they inspired people that want to be like them!
b) Which personality interested you the most? Why?
The Personality that interested me the most was Herman Smith (Jackrabbit) Johannsen. I'm most interested in Mr. Johannsen because he is a cross country skier and I liked cross country skiing. But that's not the only reason why I choose him, I choose Mr. Johannsen, I also choose him because he was good man and he inspired lots of young kids and children to cross country ski.
c) In your post, suggest three more influential Canadian personalities that could be added to this site. Why did you choose these people? Which categories would they fit into? (Link to information about each of them)
One person I know should be on this sight would be the legendary Terry Fox, he should be put under the category of inspiration. He should be under that category because he showed lots of people; young and old that they're are capable of anything even when there sick and that all they must do is be strong. Another person that I think should be in the inspired category would be Paul - Emile Borduas, Paul was a painter who started a new era in Canadian Art. I think that he should be under that category because he showed lots of people that they can do lots of stuff if they just put there mind to it. One other person who could be put on this sight would be, Lara St. John. Lara is a violinist with a great talent, she first started to play the violin when she was just 2 years old and played in an orchestra at the age of 5. I think that Mrs. St. John should be put in the category "we inspired" because she taught lots of young children that they can start there career at a very early age and that if you like something enough then you should try and achieve that goal early.
